As a member of Gen Z, I grew up immersed in the digital world—a world that’s constantly evolving and often overwhelming for families trying to keep up. I’ve seen firsthand how much parents care and want to protect their kids, yet most weren’t given an instruction manual on how to guide them through the complex realities of what social media & the online world actually are & how they can change a person.

A truth we must accept is that for today’s kids - the future of our country & world - there’s no distinction between ‘online’ & ‘real life’. It’s all just life, experienced through different doorways.

My role & calling is to help bridge that gap. I want everyone in your family to get on the same page, so you can gain back more respect, honor, trust & open communication with your kids & so they can feel safe enough to let you into this part of their life & world.

I’ve witnessed the darker sides of social media—cyberbullying, online predators and the tragic loss of peers to counterfeit drugs purchased through these platforms. After taking a few years off of social media, I gained clarity about its true impact on our identities and futures.

That journey led me to become a Master Practitioner of NLP, Hypnotherapy, and Timeline Therapy. I’ve spent years studying the patterns that shape who we become starting in childhood and learned how to help people transform unhealthy cycles into empowered, connected lives. This naturally illuminated what cycles are being formed in people when they’re passive consumers of online content, especially children with still-developing minds. While I’ve had the honor of working with Olympic athletes and entrepreneurs from brands like Nike, Spotify, and Amazon Prime, my greatest fulfillment comes from a decade of working with families and children of all ages.

I’ve been featured in Austin Fit Magazine, Four Points Magazine, Shoutout SoCal, and various podcasts, and I’ve spoken at universities such as USC and UC Irvine’s Business School. Beyond my professional work, I’m passionate about giving back—I’ve volunteered teaching English in Bali, Indonesia, where I also raised funds to renovate a local kindergarten.

My own experience with online trauma in middle school—how it was shared, distorted, and followed me for years—showed me how common that pain is, and how essential it is for kids to have guidance at home to help them process what they’re exposed to online. Too often, they unconsciously turn to influencers for guidance, when what they truly need is you.

We’re living in the fastest advancing time in human history. My mission is to help families equip themselves with simple & fast-acting tools to set their kids up for a future of freedom & success - transforming devices from a mind control trap into a powerful tool to build the lives you want them to have.
